The intelligent fastener insertion machine is equipped with our patented safety protection system, and automatic detection on the anti-pressing hand function is working when starting up.

The bottom die base replace frequently during working, which leads to the screw striped of the lock thread losing efficacy in long-term working. Our machine is specially designed the quench hardening and grinding quickly changing the bottom plate for the die base.

Used for the size of M2-M6 screws, nuts, and standoffs automatic feeding. The maximum length of nuts and standoffs can reach 30mm. The system has the function of a fast removal residue fastener.
