 The positive limit system provides an easily adjustable method of precisely maintaining the stopping point of the machine cylinder, effectively preventing the indentation of soft materials when inserting the fastener, such as Aluminum, Glass Fiber, Printed Circuit Board, Plastic, and various composite materials. The product thickness can be accurate to ±0.05mm.

  Replaceable Die Base Mounting Plate


The bottom dies base replace frequently during working, which leads to the screw stripe of the locked thread losing efficacy in long-term working. Our machine is specially designed for the quench hardening and grinding quickly changing of the bottom plate for the die base.
